@agustinromanii When you start meditating, imigane a beam of light, starting at your head, and slowly moving downward, imigane it passing through the soles of your feet, and turning into roots, connecting your with spirit with the earth, imigane going deeper and deeper, and being totally connected with all things..This usually keeps me calm and grounded during meditation.
